Documents unveil the fascinating history of the wine and the oil that has been produced since the XV century; at the end of the 1700s, when it was called Podere di Massa, it became the property of the curia of Fiesole, and subsequently of the \u201cSpedale di Bonifazio della citt\u00e0 di Firenze\u201d. Understanding the reactions of each specific soil to the climatic conditions is an integral part of a faithful interpretation of every great territorial reality. For a great terroir to be able to express itself at its best, it is necessary to have plenty of humility and the strong conviction of giving your all in order to minimally as little as possible what nature must bring to completion on its own.
